The customer needs a 200tph aggregates production line,due to high requirement for the operation flexibility of venue equipment, the customer selects our mobile gravel aggregate production line, which is of low operating costs and can move easily and can put to use at any time. From order, delivery, transportation to commissioning, the equipments all operate very well.
The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher and the particle will be crushed to about 100-120mm from500mm. Then the semi-finished products will be transferred to PYB1200 cone crusher though a belt conveyor, after this crushing, through a belt conveyor the material is fed into the vibrating screen, which can be separated into 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-25mm and larger than 25mm ones.
Firstly, large pieces of materials are transported to vibrating feeders by truck or excavator, then evenly transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder；then we choose two PE1315 Model impact crushers as our secondary crushing equipmentsl because its feeding size can up to 200mm;finaly we select high stability, high efficiency and multi-level vibrating screen, and then store them by block.
The discharging particle size of calcium carbonate powder production line in New Zealand is 5 to 10 microns and the output is 1 ton per hour. The existing equipments of customers (including jaw crusher and Raymond mill) can not meet their requirements of 12″ to 14″discharging size. So we recommend them a set of micro-powder production line, which was installed and put into use in 2010 and has a good performance.
